Transformation of the Month
After undergoing a surgical procedure in 2008, followed by months of physical therapy in 2008-2009, I knew I needed to seek guidance on how to keep my body safe from further injury. Enter into my life, Michel Wilkie, Fit For Life Personal Training. Initially, my primary goal was to learn proper training technique; however during my consultation with Michael, I soon realized that nutrition was also a key component to my plan. Although I have never looked at, nor attempted a diet program (knowing that typically, diets don't work), The Diet Doc program sold itself. Michael reviewed the program with me and it just made sense -- my body was not being fed the way it needed to be fed, an instrumental component with my training plan. At first, I didn't think the nutrition program would be easy to adapt to, however with Michael's guidance and his dedication to support me during my journey, I have experienced nothing but success having lost more than 60 pounds in 6 months! The Diet Doc program is a smart nutrition program, a program I would strongly encourage to anyone looking at improving their current lifestyle. With Michael's immeasurable knowledge and care for his clients, he has managed to keep me safe from injury (a responsibility he takes very seriously). Thank you Michael, you're the best!
